What is the 7-day no sugar challenge?
- 7 days of choosing to be mindful about what you eat
- Mindfully avoiding all forms of sugar/artificial sweeteners in anything you eat
- Focusing on fueling your body with nutritious, delicious foods
- Learning what is in your food so you can make informed choices
- Curbing your sugar addiction (if you have one!)
This challenge is NOT:
- This is not a detox
- It's not a guarantee to lose weight
- It's not an expectation that you will never eat sugar again and you will feel amazing
The purpose of this challenge is to get you to realize what’s in your food and what it's doing to your body.
